Clad-in-Plaid

I have always been smitten with plaid. I even have a Pinterest board dedicated to it, which you can visit if you are so inclined: https://www.pinterest.com/savnic/mad-4-plaid/

There are many different patterns of plaid. Glen plaid, tartan plaid, buffalo check plaid, tattersall plaid, madras plaid, windowpane plaid, houndstooth plaid and more. In my head as I'm typing this I hear Bubba in Forrest Gump...you got yur pineapple shrimp, lemon shrimp, coconut shrimp, pepper shrimp, shrimp soup, shrimp stew, shrimp salad, shrimp and potatoes, shrimp burger, shrimp sandwich...

I had decided to use plaid for my fall and holiday tablescapes long before I started seeing it everywhere. That happens to me a lot, which I'm certain is due to my psychic intuition of all things decor (wink, chuckle). Seriously though, it has been hot this season in fashion and as we know the worlds of fashion and decor often collide.

This particular color and pattern scheme really feels the most "Christmassy" to me. I can almost smell the ham baking!

So without further ado, here are some photos of my clad-in-plaid holiday table. You can also see my fall plaid tablescape here: https://www.savagespaces.com/single-post/2017/10/03/Find-Your-Corner
